Georgina Anne White was born in 1852 and christened on 26 Sep 1852 at Stretton on Fosse, Warwickshire, England. She was the daughter of Sarah White and an unknown father.[1][2] Georgina's mother Sarah married David Haynes in 1856 and Georgina used the surname Haynes during her childhood.
In the 1861 census, Georgina (listed as Ann Haynes) was age 9 living at Campden Street, Ilmington, Warwickshire with her mother Sarah Haynes (36?), step-father David Haynes (35), step-brothers William Haynes (12), John Haynes (9).[3]
In the 1871 census, Georgina A Haynes was age 19 living at Stratford On Avon, Warwickshire as a domestic servant.[4]
George Colein and Georgina Ann White married on 3 Dec 1872 at Stretton on Fosse, Warwickshire.[5] They had eleven children according to the 1911 census although three had died as infants. They moved to Bordesley, Birmingham before 1878.
Note: George's surname varies considerably in records. He was illiterate and records appear to be a phonetic approximation of his name. He was baptised George Colein but his birth registration uses the spelling Couling. Records for his father James use spelling Colin, Colein, Coleen, Collin and other variations. Records for George and his family use Colein, Colien, Collins, but most later records use Coles.
In the 1881 census, Georgina A Colien was age 25 living at Stratford St, Aston, Warwickshire with her husband George Colien (26), children Alfred Jas Colien (7), George Colien (6), Chas Hy Colien (2), Lilly B Colien (0). Also boarders John Skinner (19), George Scrivens (23).[6]

Georgina presumably died before 1921 because there is no record of her in the 1921 census or after. No matching death registration record has been found.
