She married George Adams Tryon on 27 Jul 1856 in Lake County, Ohio.[1]
Based on the fact that husband George was a lumber man in the 1870 and 1880 censuses, the 1860 census below fits this couple.
While there is no definitive link between Julia Whiting and parents Charles Edwin Whiting and Laurenda Evereth, she was born in a place they were known to reside in at the time that they resided there. She was also the wife of George Tryon at the time, in the 1860 census, when George's putative sister Frances Tryon, who later married Samuel Morse Whiting, was living with them, indicating a double link to these parents and also to the family of George and Frances Tryon (father Eber Tryon).
She is named explicitly on the south face of the family monument under which Charles Whiting and Laurenda Eveleth Whiting are buried.
