Biography

Samuel was born in 1776. He is the son of William Whiting and Amy Lathrop.

First marriage was to Fanny Leffingwell of Norwich, CT in 1802. ^[1] Fanny died in 1804. ^[1] Samuel married second Mrs. Hannah Kinsley in 1806.^[1] She died 30 Oct 1835.
