Biography
Victoria was born in 1849, the daughter of John Wiggins and Chloe Clark.[1] She appears to have married a William A. Kingsbury in 1866 in Floyd County, Georgia,[2] but nothing further is known about their marriage or any issue from it. She subsequently married Hiram M. Sweat about March 21, 1871 In Polk County, Georgia and had children by him.[3] One of her children, apparently, was Lemma Sweat (Backers) who was born on 23 June 1879.[4] Victoria passed away in 1910.[5]
