Frank was born in 1850. He was the son of Horace Wightman and Mary Burgess. He passed away in 1934.
Frank A. Wightman was for twenty-five years a dealer in oysters in Old Newburgh, now a part of Cleveland. He later became an agent for the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company of Boston, and his daughter continues in the same business relationship.
Adopted son Earl Ermine (Strachan) Wightman (1889-).
