Biography
Arthur was born about 1875. He was the son of Oskar Wilisch and Adelaide Unknown. He came to Cincinnati, OH with his parents and siblings about 1882. He married Alice Hennrietta Newton. They moved to Piketon, OH where they operated a small hotel. They had two sons: Rudolph Theodore and Richard Lee. He passed away about 1927.
