Biography
Violet was born about 1899. She is the daughter of Edward Wilkes and Annie Unknown.
In 1921, Violet May Wilks married John Francis Alexander Willis (1897-1971), a tailor from North London. This union produced three sons. Mrs Violet May Willis (nee Wilks) died in Finchley, North London, on 8th January, 1990, aged 91.
