Victor was born in 1897.

Victor was at Springfield school, admitted on 27 August 1900 under the guardianship of his aunt Mrs Willard.. His date of birth was 2 June 1897.^[1]

In the 1901 census Victor (age 3) was a nephew in the household of Stephen C Willard in Lambeth, London, England.^[2]

Possible birth? Albert Victor's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1897 in the Lambeth district.^[7] It seems probable that he was the son of Eliza (Easton) Garrett (1872-1900). Louisa's sister.
