Stephen Charles, son of Thomas and Catherine, was born on 16 February 1866 and baptised on 29 July 1866 in Sandhurst, St Nicholas, Kent, England.[1]
Stephen Charles's marriage to Emiline Saxby was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1883 in the Cranbrook district.[2] Emmeline's death (age 32) was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1890 in the Lambeth district.[3]
