In 1861 and 1871 he lived with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales[2][3] and in 1881 with his father in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as an engine fitter.[4]
In 1891 he lived with his wife in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a steam engine fitter[6] and in 1901 and 1911 he lived with his wife in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as an engine turner in an iron foundry.[7][8] In 1939 he was a widower living in Hafod, Glamorgan, Wales as a retired fitter.[9]
His probate reads, Williams David Edward of 22 Morgan Street Hafod Swansea died 5 July 1940. Administration Carmathen 27 July to Idris Gwynne Williams accounts clerk. Effects £469 12s 11d.[12]
