Nathaniel was born in 1723 in Weston MA, where he married Dorothy Stratton. Both of his parents' families contained important puritan divines, including his cousin Jonathan Edwards. Williams and his wife appear to have continued in Weston, having all but one of their twelve children. there before moving to Lanesborough in the Berkshires around 1771. There he lived until he passed away in 1801. (Stoddard Martin, 6 v 2020)
