Samuel was born in 1799. He passed away in 1884.[1]
Marriage and Children
Mary Yates married Samuel Williams 18 Feb 1822 at St. Peter's and St. Mary's Church, Lewes, Sussex[2]
In 1841 Mary and Samuel were living in Ashton Green, Ringmer, Sussex. Living with them were their children Samuel, Eleanor, Emily, James and Rosanna[3].
In 1851 Mary and Samuel were living in Back Green, Ringmer with their children Emily, James, Rosana and Sophia. Samuel was working as a farm labourer[4].
Later Years
In 1861 Mary, aged 61, and Samuel, aged 62, were living alone on Bishop Lane, Ringmer. Samuel was still working as an Agricultural Labourer[5]. Ten years later they had two young granddaughters, Sarah Jane Moon and Clara Matilda Moon, living with them[6]These must be Roseanna's daughters.
