Death:
His date of death is not known. The claim has been made that he died on 15 MAR 1766 in Nockamixon, Bucks, Pennsylvania. However, that is the death for a different Jeremiah Williams. See his bio for his well-documented death date.

This looks like information for two different Jeremiah Williams combined together into one person. The birth and death dates are correct, but the parentage is not. Also, I question the location of his birth. I believe that he was born in Boston, Mass, but I could be wrong about this. Three of his siblings' names do match what I have, but the rest do not. "My" Jeremiah Williams married Philadelphia Masters and then Mary Newbury. See W. H. Davis' book "History of Bucks County" available at openlibrary.org for more details. (Sorry, but I don't have the page numbers noted.) I hope this helps distinguish two different Jeremiah Wlliams!
