I wonder if there were 2 different Thomas Williams. One bornin 1677 and the other born in 1687 or maybe even 1700.

Thomas WILLIAMS II was born ^[1] 19 Jul 1677 in Plainfield, Windham, Connecticut. He is the son of Thomas Williams and Sarah Unknown.
NOTE - 1677 could not have been his birth date or place because:
His father was born in 1664, he would have been 13 in 1677
His parents, Thomas Williams & Sarah Foster, were married in Sept 22, 1686 in Stow, Mass.
They didn't move to Plainfield, CT until after 1690.

He was probably born in 1687 in Stow, Mass.

He married Hannah Douglas, Feb 9, 1713/4, Plainfield, CT.
