Biography
Thomas was born in September 1863 in Tennessee. He was the son of Benjamin Aza Williams and Martha Jane George.[1]
In the 1880 census Thomas was living in District 6, Robertson, Tennessee, United States.[1]
When Thomas was 25 he married Nancy Lula Buckner on 11 November 1888 in Crockett, Tennessee. The couple had 3 children: William Williams, Edgar Williams and Annie Bell Williams.[2]
In the 1900 census Thomas was living in Civil Districts 2, 4, Crockett, Tennessee.[3]
In the 1910 census Thomas was living in Civil District 2, Crockett, Tennessee.[4]
