Biography

Paul Ralston Williams was born January 13, 1907 and is the son of Curtis Williams and Elda Ralston. He grew up in Wheeling, West Virginia[1] and Martins Ferry, Ohio[2][3] along with four siblings; Anna Virginia Williams, Curtis Harold Williams, Billy Johnson Williams and Robert Earl Williams.

Paul married Katherine Ann Voellinger June 17, 1930[4][5][6] and they made their home in Richland, West Virginia[7] and Wheeling, West Virginia until his death June 9, 1965.[8][9] He supported his family as a wholesale foods salesman. Together they raised three children; George R Williams, Frederick P Williams and Laurence Philip Williams. Paul's place of burial is unknown at this time.
