Annie Winn was born about 1865 near Uxbridge, Ontario. Annie is the daughter of John Winn and Louisa Smith.

Annie marries to William Washington Billings on January 11, 1882 at Haliburton Township, Haliburton, Ontario. William was born in about 1858 at Manvers, Durham County, Ontario, the son of William Billings and Elizabeth Jordan.

Annie dies on July 5, 1895 at Haliburton, Ontario, shortly after giving bith to Charles William Billings. Charles dies one year later.
