Biography
Alexander Wiseman was the son of Jonathan and Sarah (Johnston) Wiseman. He was married to Mary Ellen Johnston. He and his brother-in-law, Johnston Shultz (husband of Martha Wiseman, dec'd) submitted Letters of administration on the Estate of Jonathan Wiseman on 17Apr1854.
In 1860, Alexander and Mary Ellen were living in Marion County: Alexander Wiseman, age 40 Mary E age 27 Sarah age 7 Martha age 5 Virgie age 3 Nancy age 0 Sarah Shaw ? age 42
