Samuel Wisner, son of Benoni Wisner and Agnes Hooper, was born about 1798 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He married Judith Frissell about 1822. After Judith died he married her sister Amanda Frissell on October 14, 1830 in Hinsdale, Berkshire, Massachusetts. Samuel died December 31, 1838 in Geauga County, Ohio and was buried in Chester Cemetery, Chesterland, Geauga, Ohio[1].
