Biography
Wladyslaw (Walter) Wociechowski was born in 1874 in Cegielnia, Wilczyn, Konin. Wielkopolskie, Poland, He was the son of Ignacy Wojciechowski and Anna Mietkiewicz.
He married Valentyna Lisowska about 1903 in the United States, probably in Pennsylvania. They first lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, moved to Olmsted Falls, Ohio by 1909, and then to Berea, Ohio where they had a farm.
They had 6 children - Hedwig (Harriet), Sophie, Lottie, Edward who changed his surname to White, Chester, and George who changed his surname to Alberts,
Walter traveled back to Cegielnia, Poland for a visit in 1934. He passed away in 1938 and is buried with his wife at St. Mary of the Falls Cemetery, Berea, Ohio,
