Arthur Woodard is a part of US Black heritage.

Arthur was born July 5, 1913 in Fairfield county, South Carolina, USA. He is the son of Isaac Woodard and Liza Arnold.[1]

His World War II Draft Card states that he registered October 16, 1940 in Salisbury, Rowan county, North Carolina and that his wife was Mrs. Alice Young Woodard.[2]

He died July 7, 1988 in The Bronx, New York City, New York, USA.[3]
