MARY WOOLFOLK, daughter of Richard Woolfolk, Jr. and Agatha Bullard /Ballard was born about 1720.[1]
Mary married (1) Edmund Burrus/Burris, who died young.[2] Yet another profile appears to give this information:
Another profile indicates:
"Mary Woolfolk married when she was about 18 to the Edmund Burrus who was born between 1720-26 in in King William County, VA and who died 1780-81 in Orange County, VA. This Edmund's father was also an Edmund and his mother was Elizabeth Woolfolk, probably an aunt to Mary." [3][4]
After his death, Mary (Woolfolk) Burrus married in 1730s to (2) Samuel Brockman, Jr./II, a widower, as his 2nd wife. Some researchers say she was his 1st wife.[5]
Samuel II married in the 1730s to Mary Woolfolk, by whom he had a daughter Mary who married Jacob Crossthwait. Mary (Woolfolk) Brockman apparently died in or shortly after childbirth, and Samuel Brockman II remarried to Rebecca Graves.[6]
