Florence was born in 1883, the daughter of Alfred Woolley and Hannah Mills.[1]
She had a twin sister Ethel Woolley.
She married Robert Keeper in 1907.[2]
She passed away in 1949[3] and was buried in Bromley Cemetery, Christchurch, New Zealand.[4]
