Biography
Gave her daughter Helen away to a couple who thought she was very cute with her curly blonde hair, soon discovered Helen was a nasty child and the couple gave her back to Francis.
In the 1921 census, Frances (age 15) was the single daughter of Francis Woolven at 60 Askew St, Essex South, Askew St, Ontario, Canada.[1]
