Eva was born on 27 Mar 1924 in Illinois. Her parents were John Woolridge and Elizabeth Jones. In 1930, the family was living in Bourbon, Douglas, Illinois.^[1] By 1940, the family had moved to Lovington, Lovington Township, Moultrie, Illinois.^[2]
