Two George Tippett

Although I proposed a merge, based on the wife and daughter of this profile, there are two George Tippets:

On 22 May 2020 Janne (Shoults) Gorman wrote on Tippett-416:

[[Tibbitts-48]] and Tippett-416 appear to represent the same person because: George Tippet, died in 1691, in Westchester county, New York, and his wife, Mehitable (Betts) Tippet. He remembers in his Will both "Mehetabel wife of Joseph Hadley" and her brother, George. <ref> '' Early Wills of Westchester County, 1664-1784,'' by William S. Pelletreau, A.M., Francis P. Harper, publishers, New York, 1898, page 391 Will #744 digitized here: https://ia800907.us.archive.org/12/items/earlywillsofwest00pel/earlywillsofwest00pel.pdf </ref>

The earlier of the two, George Tippetts  Died intestate, Sept. 29, 1675. Inventory made by Thomas Hunt, W"' Heyden and Edward Griffin. Mentions "Tract of land and meadow lately purchased of Elias Doughty, with house, barn and orchard. Value ^100." Liber i. P. 135. Source:  Will # 6 on page 5 of https://ia800907.us.archive.org/12/items/earlywillsofwest00pel/earlywillsofwest00pel.pdf This George has a daughter Dorcas, who married Samuel Berrian. The later generations of the Tippetts removed to Nova Scotia after the Revolution. Same source, page 123

The second George Tippet, died in 1691, in Westchester county, New York,  had a Will. (see source above)

I am going to reject the proposed merge, however, I want to make sure that it is all right to remove the wife and daughter from this profile, that is part of the New Netherlands project.

George "Tibbitts" imported 27 Jan 2012

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tibbitts-48,  was imported as  born in 1637, with father as Tibbitts-62, and mother Mehitable Betts-286.  He is now the husband instead of the son Betts-286, who is attached to two sons:

Tibbitts-47 born circa 1665, without a date of death (or bio) married to Joane about 1697, in Fordham, father of  Henry born about 1700 and George, Tibbitts-49 also born about 1700, who married Dorcas Baxter Baxter-756

Tippett-521 born in 1669, died in 1699 and father of another George Tippett Tippett-356, who is married to Dorcas Baxter Baxter-3712

There are, therefore many merges that need to occur, and any assistance that I can get from those interested in New Netherlanders would be greatly appreciated.
