Source of birth & death of Samuel Stout 1677

Question

Samuel Stout b. 1677 Newcastle, DE. wife Margaret Price b 1678, m. abt 1712. Son of Peter and Mary Bollen Stout.

Apparently not much known about him. I am doing a Colonial Dames application for his grandfather Richard Stout any assistance will be appreciated.  Thank you

It appears he was a Quaker, so there ought to be a lot of records available.
