Original documentation of Mary (Ralph) Garrigues' birthdate

I'm trying to find original documentation of the birth of Mary Ralph. As I describe on her page, various sources give her birth as either 24 Mar 1724 or 28 Mar 1724, but I don't really buy that. I think there's been a transcription error from a Quaker document that probably said something like 28 Third 1724, which would actually make her birthdate June instead of March, but I can't find an original document.

An example of this is in Robert Webb Kenny's 1934 Doctoral thesis on James Ralph in which he states:

The records of the Philadelphia Monthly Meetings (Quaker) do show that in 1740 Samuel Garrigues married a Mary Ralph (born March 28, 1724 -- died January 27, 1788)

But I can't find this record anywhere. Apparently it has not been scanned and uploaded anywhere.

Can anyone help me find this or another 18th century source?
