Can anyone find sources for mother?

Hello, lovelies!

I believe that the mother of Rachel DAY was a woman named Sarah RALPH (1803-1875). FamilySearch has specific details of Sarah RALPH's marriage to Rachel's father Jesse DAY (apparently married 24 December, 1831 in Wantage, Berkshire), but I believe the source may have been disconnected in a merge/I cannot find the source for such a specific detail. Is anyone able to find evidence of this marriage? If not, is anyone able to find the wife of Jesse Day who was the mother of Rachel? (I specify the mother of Rachel, because Jesse's father was also named Jesse, and his wife was an unknown Elizabeth).

Looks like that may have been banns.
Transcriptions on findmypast also record the marriage date as 24 Dec 1831.
So where does the one a week later come from?
