Proof that John Sloan, Jr is son of John Sloan & Jennet McNeere? Laurens, SC -> Clinton, IN

Question

I am writing as a potential cousin wrote asking me this exact question and I don't have a better answer than what's contained in John, Jr.'s profile. I have added her line from John, Jr. in any case as she has suspected they are his parents as well.

 

If anyone has more concrete information, please do send it along.
