Have you tried the 
icon to the right of Eliska's name on the profile? If you have WikiTree information uploaded that links you to Eliska, clicking that icon will tell you what your relationship with the person is. (a "no relation" response doesn't mean you're not related, just that there's no indication in WikiTree that you are).
