2023 WikiGames - Heavenly Hemlocks Team Chat

Question

Hello and welcome to Team Heavenly Hemlocks! It's time to start thinking about the WikiGames! We have three events in the Sourcing Slalom starting Friday, August 25 at 8 am EDT/Noon UTC going into the Cross Country Connecting on Saturday, August 26 at 8am EDT/Noon UTC then the final event of CC7x7 Wall Climb on Sunday, August 27 at 8am EDT/Noon UTC .

You can give us updates on your progress, ask for and give help, etc. Remember don't start on our 4 Olympians until the start of the CC7x7 wall climb to maximise the gain. Nothing wrong with identifying potential connections beforehand though.

So nice to finally connect, everyone! I apologize in advance that Discord has been a challenge for me with these events because of my phone and the compatability- but I have used this phone for everything done on WikiTree so it shouldn't be a hindrance elsewhere (plus I will try Discord again).

No worries about Discord!   We created Space pages for each Olympian (listed in this color above).

A few tips that were shared on Discord:

• Friday = Sourcing the Unsourced
• Saturday = Connecting the Unconnected
• Sunday = The day that we work on the Olympian's CC7 by adding Ancestors/Descendents to their profiles.

I got called in for an emergency on Friday but did add new, sourced profiles all yesterday whenever possible. Is there a "plan of attack" for this today?
