research notes in a profile belong elsewhere, but where?

There is a listing of Filles du Roy and their eventual spouses tacked onto the end of a note in this profile, it is not really relevant to her other than she is one of them.  Is there some sort of storage facility for such research notes where this could be moved to?  I've just put some order in the bio, but didn't want to just remove this.

When I clean up a profile with copious research notes that may be valuable, I use the wiki code for hidden text. That way, it is not totally removed but can be read by anyone who edits it.
Mm.  I'd like to see such research notes on a profile. I wouldn't know they're there unless I clicked on the edit tab. What's wrong with having such a section at the bottom of a profile?  Seems wholly appropriate for a genealogy wiki profile as long as they're relevant to the person profiled. In this case, seems like they are since she's listed.
I modify my comment. These aren't research notes in this case. But a general explanation of filles du roi. In this case, I concur with Rob Ton. Remove and link to a free space profile.

"it is not really relevant to her other"

Suggestion A: Create a free space and moved it to that pace and add a link

Suggestion B: Maybe not applicable for this profile but using the <references /> ==> you get the citations nicely at the end

Suggestion C: By having a free space page you can resuse the text by referencin it {{free space name}}

Sounds like the perfect use of a freespace page that can be linked to from any relevant profiles.

Great suggestion. Thanks Rob!

For folks who don't know what free-space pages are: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Free-Space_Profile

I've copied the notes, with acknowledgement, to the Filles du Roi free-space page.

Thank you George for doing that, and everybody else for your input.  Much appreciated.
This isn't directly related, but for future reference:

I'm starting a page on standards for using Research Notes sections in profiles:

Thanks Chris, looks like a great idea.
