looking for Warren D. Troutman, composer of 5 marches, one being Abe Lincoln Centennial March in 1909

He is known to have composed 4 other marches.....no other information seems to be known.   

The Abe Lincoln Centennial March was published by The Fillmore Bros. Co.

That's about it.

I'm the librarian for the Jericho Brass Band in Chattanooga, and would love to have more information on Warren, if possible, for program notes.
