Is anyone able to suggest who the parents of George Gibson Weston born circa 1797 (or perhaps 1795) in Newick, Sussex, England?  He is the earliest patrilineal ancestor of the man who is my the closest Y-DNA match to me amongst the tens of thousands of results that I've reviewed.  He shares my surname and his birthplace is only about 11 miles from Mayfield where my earliest patrilineal ancestor was living in the 15th century, so I'm very keen to trace him back further and see if the lines meet.  Sadly, despite the unusual middle name and relatively recent date, I've drawn a complete blank so far.

I have some Chris, but I am still working my way up the tree.  I have got as far as JFO Weston, but not all his family yet.  Don't give up hope.
