Hitting a brick wall with Michael Decker (Decker-2168)

Question

I'm hitting a wall with Michael Decker (Decker-2168). I've looked at census records and everything I can find, but have not been able to find anything about him.

I do know at least some of his children were in the Williamsport/Lycoming County PA area but other than his approximate birth date (1827) and death date (8 June 1891) I know nothing.

Can anyone help?

This is the right Michael Decker. I've seen this information but it doesn't tell me anything further about him, such as who his parents were. This is basically the wall I've hit.
