Proposal: External Link for Texas State Historical Association

Question

I would like to propose a new External Link template for the Handbook of Texas, a digital state encyclopedia developed by the Texas State Historical Association (TSHA):

The Handbook consists of overview, general, and biographical entries focused on the entire history of Texas from the indigenous Native Americans and the Prehistoric Era to the state’s diverse population and the Modern Age.  These entries emphasize the role Texans played in state, national, and world history.  

Usage would be in the format {{TSHA|<articleName>|<articleID>}}, which would produce a formatted link to the online article:

{{TSHA|Austin, Stephen Fuller|fau14}}
Handbook of Texas Online: Austin, Stephen Fuller

I like this idea...use that site often for info on place name categories.I'd use this template.
