I Need help finding Italian records for Adoptee please

Hello! I am assisting a member who is an adoptee looking for her birth father who turned out to be Italian. I'm having a heck of a time building out DNA match trees due to lack of access to Italian records.

I'm looking for help finding Italian records for this purpose. What I need preferably are family group sheets that I understand exist in Italy. Barring that, census records or vital records will help. The two areas of largest interest are

Potenza, Basilicata, Italy (Surnames Giorgio/Di Giorgio and Pietrafesa)

Casalbore, Avellino, Campania, Italy (Surname Bruno)

The time period of interest is from late 1800s and earlier.

I would appreciate any help finding records so I can get answers more quickly for this adoptee.

Have you checked out Antenati? I hope they have something.

*facepalm* I never thought to ask you, cousin! Duh! I am pretty ignorant of all Italian resources.  I will check this out. Thanks!
It's okay, Emma. =D We're here to help!

The Antenati are wonderful and I second the suggestion!

FamilySearch also has records that might be of interest for the area.

This set of records is indexed: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2484771

This set of records is image-only and while they don't include Casalbore, there might be something pertinent in neighboring comunes: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2043434

I have looked via the FamilySearch Wiki, but haven't had any success. I may just not know where to look more specifically than the indexes they suggest.

Here are the records for Casalbore at FamilySearch:

https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=75&placeId=111849&query=%2Bplace%3A%22Italy%2C%20Avellino%2C%20Casalbore%22&subjectsOpen=548438-50

If any of these are restricted view (i.e., only at a Family History Library or FamilySearch Affiliate Library), then check the holdings at Antenati (which may closely mirror the FamilySearch Records):
http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/v/Archivio+di+Stato+di+Avellino/Stato+civile+italiano/Casalbore/

http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/v/Archivio+di+Stato+di+Avellino/Stato+civile+della+restaurazione/Casalbore/

Potenza is a province. Since Italian records are local to the comune, you would need to know the exact town you are searching for, otherwise it will be like looking for a single needle in a large collection of haystacks.
