Who were the parents of Benjamin Franklin Decker (1816-1868) of Harrison Co IN who m Julia Ann Stevens in 1838?

Question

Franklin was a Civil War Vet. His wife, Julia, died between 1860 and 1863. Franklin and Julia had 7 children:  Mary Frances, b. 1839, m. John W. Baxley; Perlina, b 1840, m. Robert Baxley; James b 1844/45; Thomas, b 1847/48; John b 1850 m. Emma Melton; Abraham Lawrence (my ancestor) b 1852, m. Nancy Heninger and William Decker, b. 1860.

Any information about this family would be most welcomed. My DNA proves I'm not related to the Joseph Decker family, also of Harrison County in the first half of the 19th Century.
