Orphaned profiles cannot be adopted

Question

I orphaned two profiles and forgot to change their privacy levels. I tried to adopt them, so I could do that and open them. However, I cannot do that due to their privacy levels. I do not want to be the profile manager, but do need to open them. Can someone please help me fix this?

I think you may need to e-mail info@wikitree.com and expalin the situation to either get on the trusted list to change the privacy level or have them change it if they do that.
