Stokes-7047 and Stokes-818 appear to represent the same person because: I’m assisting with connecting spouses and found that these 2 records are possible duplicates.

Please read this info on FindAGrave before combining these two men. I think the dates could be wrong.

Is there a source for death in Charles City County?

His Will is listed in the bio as being proved Surry County the 21st day of March 1748. Isn't Surry County a more likely death place?

I am trying to straighten out this family based Southside Virginia Families by John Robert Boddie. How would you like to go about this? I can send you the information, and you can make the changes. There are numerous errors in this family with incorrect generations. Let me know. The book is on line, so you are welcome to fix it all yourself, I just want to get my lineage corrected.
