I created a Google Earth interactive KMZ (KML) file showing the 64 Huguenot Freeholds as described by Botha, C. Graham (Colin Graham), b. 1883 Subject: Huguenots -- South Africa Cape of Good Hope; Cape of Good Hope (South Africa).

It uploads to the My Places area and shows the actual freeholds imposed over The Google map/Satelite map. It also have markers showing the Farm names for ease in locating a specific farm.

If anyone is interested or know of a way in which I may share this file with you all, please let me know.

I will attempt to add it to the Google Map Community within the next few weeks, I only want to finish adding links to Sources and Wiki profiles first.

I linked most of the 64 marked Freehold farm owners.

Profiles for the remainder does not exist or I couldn't find them. I will create a few shortly for which I have source records, especially marriage records (married to the widows of existing profiles).

These probably have no existing profiles as they didn't have any children and/or left for Europe in the early 1700's, leaving no Cape of Good Hope descendants. I also couldn't trace any existing European profiles for these.
