WILL OF MARY MULL- June Session 1841 In the name of God Amen I Mary Mull widow, of County of Lincoln State of North Carolina being sick of body but of perfect mind & memory & knowledge. That it is appointed for all persons once to die do make this my last will & testament in the following manner & form Viz First I give & bequeath my soul to Almighty God who gave it hoping to have a general resurrection at the last day & my body I desire to be buried in a decent Christian manner. 2nd I will & bequeath unto my daughters Elizabeth Hildebrant widow, Catherin Linbau widow, Mary Robison, Molly Whitner, Fanny Shell, & Margaret Speck, all my household and kitchen hand tools and table cloths & counterpins & sewing thread cloth & boxes sheats pillow cases all that is in the large chest all to be equally divided among all my daughters share & share all alike. I do hereby pronounce this to be my last will & testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & fix my seal this 6th June 1840
