Biography

Pierre was born about 1741 or 1742 in PEI to parents Joseph "Bernech" Arsenault and Marguerite Boudrot. He married Anne Doucet in PEI, Canada about 1765. They had seven children together and Pierre passed away 14 Mar 1814 in Tignish, PEI, Canada, and was interred the following day.^[1]

Research Notes

In the document ‘’La généalogie des trente-sept familles hôtesses des Retrouvailles 94,’’ by Stephen White, only one spouse is mentioned for Pierre: an unnamed Chiasson. No mention of Anne Doucet. ^[2]

Researchers Marcel Walter Landry and Karen Theriot Reader list one spouse: Anne Doucet. ^[3][4]
