Bate-167 and Bate-62 appear to represent the same person because: Exact dates and same father. Based on dates mother is more likely to be Elizabeth
Jane Osbourne Bate must be his grandmother, not his mother. She would be almost 70 at his birth.

Also probably needs to be merged with Bate-62
