Biography
John Matheson Bell was born 7 Jul 1816 in Peebles, Peeblesshire, Scotland. [1] He came to Canada in 1821. [2]
John Bell, widower, and Ellen Simpson were married 20 Oct 1857 by George Sutherland in the presence of witnesses Andrew Bell and George Clark. [3] They farmed in Lot 22, Queens, Prince Edward Island.[4] John died 21 Jan 1909 and was buried in CAvendish Cemetery, Cavendish, Queens, Prince Edward Island. [5]
