Origin

Thomas was born in 1665, a son of Thomas Bennett and Elizabeth Thompson.[1]

Thomas married to Sarah Hubbard, daughter of William Hubbard of Greenwich.[1]

Children of Thomas and Sarah (baptized at the Christ's Church, Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut, using the spelling "Bennit"):[2][1] Note: The first four were baptized together, so their birth order is not certain.
