I made an error after I read your email and just noticed that you didn't do the next step required and that is to Volunteer see below of how to do this.

You need to create your research tags and Volunteer. Go to your Navigation Home Page. There you should find boxes labeled Tag and Comments. In one or more of the boxes labeled Tag type a surname or family location that you are researching. In the box underneath labeled Comment, indicate why it is important to you.

Then scroll down the page to the bar that says "Add Tags and Volunteer." Once you click on that bar, a Greeter will see that you want to join WikiTree and will come by and confirm you as a member. You can then add your family and you will receive a link to the new member tutorials offered by WikiTree

Thank You, Andrea Pack ~ WikiTree Greeter
