Josiah Blanchard ( 9 AUG 1756 Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts[1] - 7 JUL 1839 Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, USA[2]) was the son of Daniel Blanchard/Blancher (1727–1798) and Mary Pratt (1730–1819).

On 27 Jun 1793 in Weymouth he married Elizabeth "Betsey" Bayley[3] daughter of Nathaniel Bayley Sr. and Tamar White.

Children Include:

  1. Eliza Blanchard 1794–1826
  2. Ira Henry Thomas Blanchard 1797–1845
  3. Marcus Blanchard 1800–1831
  4. Laura Blanchard 1805–1836

He died on 7 Jul 1839[4]
