Thomas Boone, born 4 March 1722/3, was the son of Thomas Boone and Mary Capers of Boone Hall, Christ Church Parish, Province of South Carolina.[1][2]
On 23 November 1741 he married Susannah Croft, daughter of Edward Croft and Susannah Brewton.[1] They had children:[3]

Peter (b. 17 Jan 1759)
James (b. 6 Feb 1761)
Thomas Boone, of St. James Santee, wrote his Will on 10 September 1783, and it was proven 23 Dec 1784. He mentions his sons James, Thomas, and John Boone, daughters Elizabeth Boone and Susannah Gaillard (wife of John Gaillard), and grandsons Alcimus Gaillard, Thomas Boone, and John Gibbes Boone.[4]
Thomas Boon was a slaveholder. His probate inventory named and valued the enslaved.[6]
